Conformally flat universe as quantum back reaction of dilaton-coupled matter

Using anomaly-induced effective action for a dilaton-coupled 4D scalar matter we discuss quantum cosmological solutions for a conformally flat universe. Back reaction due to dilaton-coupled matter significantly changes the structure of solutions. In one particular case (of constant dilaton) we obtain an inflationary universe solution, but in general dilaton acts against the realizing of a non-singular universe.
