Using the Lifshitz model for a doped 2D system in the case when the number of charge carriers equals the number of dopant impurity centers, the possibility for the onset of d-wave superconducting state has been studied. A non-perturbative treatment of the density of states in this system showed that, under strong enough impurity perturbation, it can display a resonance feature deep inside the gap. Yet closer to the gap center, is found to vanish asymptotically as at .
