The existence of two new low-frequency electrostatic modes in quantum dusty plasmas is pointed out. These modes can be useful to diagnose charged dust impurities in micro-electro-mechanical systems.

52.27.Lw - Dusty or complex plasmas; plasma crystals.
52.35.Fp - Electrostatic waves and oscillations (e.g., ion-acoustic waves).
03.65.-w - Quantum mechanics.
