Accurate upper bound for heating gain factor

Abstract
The problem of how much heat at a given temperature can be converted into heat at another temperature is studied. An accurate upper bound for the heating gain factor is obtained. The results show that reducing three-four times the present-day fuel consumption for heating is possible.
