Using the analytical continuation method after considering the reaction of the radiation of particles to the spacetime, we investigate the radiation spectrum and entropy correction of the black hole with general dynamical coupling constant λ in the Horava-Lifshitz gravity. When k = 1, and s = 1/2, c = 1, G = 1, the correction term due to the reaction of the radiation of particles to the spacetime cancels the logarithmic term of the black hole in the Horava-Lifshitz gravity entropy. The black-hole entropy in the Horava-Lifshitz gravity satisfies the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy area law.
