Based on the phase space generating functional of the Green function for a system with a singular Lagrangian, the canonical Ward identities (CWI) and quantal conserved charges (QCC) are deduced under the global symmetry transformation in extended phase space. In general, the QCC are different from the classical ones. We give a preliminary application to Yang-Mills theory, the new QCC and gauge ghost vertices are obtained.
