Polarized quark distributions from scattering of real gamma-beam on nuclear targets

We discuss the possible experiments to determine the polarized valence and strange sea quark distributions in nucleons through the polarized real gamma-proton(deuteron) collision. We give various asymmetry expressions obtained from the processes and and estimate the related number of events.
