Non-stationary Josephson and quasiparticle currents, and quasiparticle conductance across tunnel junctions with charge-density wave (CDW) superconductors are calculated. Riedel-type singularities and jumps are found at biases , and (symmetrical junctions) and at , (non-symmetrical ones). Here e is the electron charge, , and are the superconducting gaps for CDW and BCS superconductors, is the dielectric gap. The possiblity of non-symmetrical current-voltage dependence for symmetrical junctions is shown. Calculations are made for .
