Scaling and asymptotic laws in subrecoil laser cooling

We derive and analyze scaling properties of the kinetic equation for subrecoil laser cooling. These scaling laws determine the universal asymptotic time behaviour in complete agreement with the results of the statistical analysis in terms of Lévy flights.
