It is shown that stretched exponential form of probability density of the random fractal systems is a consequence of generalized (on fractal random series) central-limit theorem. It is also shown that the stretched exponential form of probability density could lead to a generalized self-similarity in the random fractal systems. Good agreement with numerical simulations and experiments of different authors for turbulent, diffusive and growth processes is established.
