It is shown that the planar Hamiltonian for an electron in uniform magnetic and cylindrically symmetric electric fields, perpendicular to one another, can be written in terms of a N=2 SUSY Hamiltonian. Its lowest eigenfunctions are exact or approximate lowest Landau wave functions if the electric potential, respectively, is harmonic or obeys proper local quasi-harmonicity conditions.
