We introduce a class of discrete models for surface relaxation, in which the rates of transitions of particles between adjacent sites depend on the number of particles already present in both the source and target sites. We obtain the exact steady state of the stochastic dynamics in the form of a product measure and calculate various properties of surface including its roughness.
