Density of states in doped metal with d-wave superconducting order parameter

Using the Lifshitz model for a doped 2D system in the case when
the number of charge carriers equals the number of dopant impurity
centers, the possibility for the onset of d-wave superconducting
state has been studied. A non-perturbative treatment of the
density of states in this system showed that,
under strong enough impurity perturbation, it can display a
resonance feature deep inside the gap. Yet closer to the gap
center,
