We investigate the thermodynamics and clustering properties of lattice-gas models with temperature-dependent interactions. These simple models are able to mimic the shapes of the phase diagram of complex fluids, like some colloids and fluid mixtures. Percolation properties are straightforwardly obtained in the same framework.
