The parametric interaction of two weak acoustic waves in a crystal of molecular magnets in the presence of a strong ac magnetic field has been studied theoretically. The frequencies of the ac magnetic field and the acoustic waves are equal and close to the transition frequency of the fundamental doublet. Equations for the amplitudes of the two coupled acoustic waves have been derived. We have shown that one acoustic wave input into the crystal can efficiently excite the other acoustic wave contrariwise propagating.
