In this letter, we attempt to generalize the tunneling method to derive the Hawking radiation of a Dirac particle from a rotating Kaluza-Klein (KK) black hole with squashed horizons. As a result, the tunneling probability and Hawking temperature of the black hole is successfully recovered. The results also show that the Hawking temperature of the black hole is not related to the kind of emitted particles.
