We construct the Hilbert space of the quantum fields obeying infinite statistics and impose the gravitational stability condition on it in order to count only the physically permitted states. In this way, we prove that the entropy bound of infinite statistics is proportional to the boundary area A of the system, as required by the holographic principle.
