A new set of classical configurations of the gauge field with transparent and attractive properties is found. Each configuration considered describes the gauge field, which provides a minimum of the Euclidean action under the condition that the Euclidean energy is fixed. For negative Euclidean energies the found fields are periodic functions of the Euclidean time, while for positive energies they exhibit the effect of localization existing strictly within the finite interval of the Euclidean time. Properties of these fields as well as the corresponding classical action and topological charge are studied, possible future applications are outlined.
