Relativistic flow and non-linear Klein-Gordon equation

A non-linear Klein-Gordon equation is presented which leads, in the semi-classical limit, to the equations describing the motion of a relativistic completely degenerate Fermi gas in one spatial dimension. In the non-relativistic limit the Klein-Gordon equation reduces to the quintic non-linear Schrödinger equation.
