In the present work, a bolometer with meander line pattern has been investigated using a three-dimensional Green function model. By calculating the appropriate Green function, the temperature variation for such system under harmonic radiation and a constant bias current have been obtained numerically. Furthermore, the voltage response of a such bolometer to the radiation is calculated with the help of Ohm's law using numerical simulation. The results show that the responsivity is increased by decreasing the chopping frequency and substrate thickness that is in agreement with other experimental and theoretical works. Furthermore, results reveal that by ignoring the Joule heating effect, increasing the track width will enhance the responsivity which is comparable to our previous experimental work.
