In this paper, the relativistic quantum dynamics of a scalar particle under the effect of Lorentz symmetry violation determined by a tensor out of the Standard Model Extension is investigated. We see that the bound-state solutions of the modified Klein-Gordon equation can be obtained, and the spectrum of energy and the wave function depends on the Lorentz symmetry breaking parameters.
