By employing the two-fluid quantum plasma model, we derive a dispersion relation for the low-frequency (in comparison with the ion gyrofrequency) electrostatic drift-like waves in a nonuniform collisional quantum magnetoplasma. The dispersion relation, which contains the electron-neutral collisions, the electron-ion number density gradients and the electron quantum- mechanical effects, is analyzed to obtain the real and imaginary parts of the drift-like wave frequency. It is found that modified drift-like waves are unstable in a nonuniform collisional quantum magnetoplasma. Unstable drift-like waves can cause cross-field anomalous ion diffusion.
