The two-color optical coherence absorption spectrum (QUIC-AB) of the GaAs quantum well in the carrier scattering process is investigated theoretically. By using QUIC-AB, the amplitude and the angular distribution of the scattering current in the scattering process can be detected directly in real time. The phase shift of scattered waves and the details of the scattering potential can also be determined.
